These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at simpleservicecompany.com and any services provided by Simple Service Communications ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, enrolling in any service, or providing your phone number to receive text messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Simple Service Communications provides telecommunications setup and support, IT logistics coordination, remote monitoring, personal emergency response technology, and elderly care communication solutions. Services are provided under separate service agreements, statements of work, or verbal/written agreements with individual customers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.
By providing your mobile phone number to Simple Service Communications and indicating consent (via contact form, verbal agreement, service enrollment, or account setup), you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from us as described below. These SMS terms apply to our 10DLC-registered messaging program.
Simple Service Communications operates an SMS program for the following transactional purposes only:
You enroll in SMS messaging by providing your mobile number during account setup, service enrollment, or through a contact form and affirmatively indicating your consent to receive messages. 2FA and PIN reset messages are automatically associated with your account security settings and are triggered only by your own actions.
Message frequency varies. 2FA and PIN reset messages are sent only when triggered by your own login or account recovery actions. Recurring service alert messages are sent only to customers who have actively enrolled in a notification program, at the frequency disclosed at the time of enrollment.
Simple Service Communications does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
You may opt out of non-essential SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of a valid STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages, with the exception of 2FA and PIN reset messages triggered directly by your own account actions (as these are required for account security and cannot be disabled without removing SMS-based authentication from your account).
To re-enroll in optional SMS communications after opting out, reply START.

Our SMS program is supported on all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile phone number, consent records, and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party, affiliate, or marketing organization for any purpose. This is an unconditional commitment. Your number is used solely to deliver the transactional messages described in Section 3.1.
SMS message delivery depends on your device, carrier network, and coverage area. Simple Service Communications cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully or in a timely manner. We are not liable for losses or damages arising from undelivered or delayed messages.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:
