Simple Service Communications operates an SMS messaging program registered under the 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) framework with wireless carriers. The following terms govern our use of text messaging:
Message frequency varies based on account activity. 2FA and PIN reset messages are triggered only by your own actions. Recurring alert messages are sent only if you have actively enrolled in a notification program.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Simple Service Communications does not charge separately for SMS messages.
You may opt out of non-essential SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages except those required for account security (such as 2FA codes triggered by your own login attempts). To re-enroll, reply START.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in information are never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or any other purpose. This applies without exception. Opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages described above.
We do not sell your personal information. Period. We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
No personal information is shared with advertisers, data brokers, lead aggregators, or marketing platforms under any circumstance.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide your services and satisfy legal obligations, typically no longer than seven (7) years after the end of an active service relationship. Contact form submissions are retained for no more than two (2) years unless they become part of an active service account. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
